Method of replacing excavator steering wheel:

1, remove the excavator's tracks first.

Remove a single valve in the butter nozzle area, release the butter inside, push the guide wheel in with a bucket to make the track looser and better. Remove the track pin if the excavator is below 150. If it is above 150, hook the track with a bucket. Remember to remove the single valve, otherwise It is not easy to remove the caterpillar, it is even worse.

2, install the guide wheel.

The guide wheel installation is the same as the general wheel installation method. Use a jack to support the excavator, then screw the screw with a screwdriver, remove, put the new wheel on, grease, that is to complete the installation.
