Manufacturing method of lubrication mechanism for bottom supporting wheel of crawler crane：Background technology:
Existing crawler crane bottom support wheels usually use automatic centralized lubrication (see Fig. 1), specifically in the support axle 1 set lubricant channel, lubricant channel external lubrication pipeline 2, lubricant through the external lubrication pipeline 2 into the support axle 1 on the lubrication channel, then the bottom of the crawler crane support wheels 3 lubricate. This centralized lubrication is beneficial to reduce wear. But because the working environment of the supporting wheel is in a lower position, it is easy to be scratched by the reinforcement and stone in the field environment. The exposed lubrication pipeline is easy to be damaged or even hung up, resulting in lubrication failure.

The utility model relates to a lubricating mechanism for a bottom supporting wheel of a crawler crane, which comprises a first lubricating oil passage arranged on a supporting wheel shaft, and is characterized in that the first lubricating oil passage is connected with the second lubricating oil passage and the third lubricating oil passage.
The second lubricating oil passage is arranged on the bottom plate of the crawler frame, and the third lubricating oil passage is arranged on the supporting wheel bracket.
There are 0 rings at the interface between the second lubricating oil passage and the third lubricating oil channel.
On the first lubricating oil passage, a plug is arranged near the end face of the supporting wheel axle.
A further scheme is that the central axis of the second lubricating oil channel and the third lubricating oil channel are in the same line, and the second lubricating oil channel and the third lubricating oil channel are vertically arranged with the first lubricating oil channel.
